For the purposes of this SMS Disclosure:

CUSTOMER(S) is defined as existing and potential customers

A-Doorable Garage Door Co. will only obtain Implied consent from customers to send SMS messages.

Implied consent for SMS (Text) messaging will be obtained from the CUSTOMER through the CUSTOMER’S initiation of an SMS messaging conversation with A-Doorable Garage Door Co. at 651-458-3488.

A-Doorable Garage Door Co. does not collect CUSTOMER Personally Identifiable Information through our website, and as such does not obtain any form of consent to send SMS messages to CUSTOMERS by them visiting our website. 

At any time, CUSTOMER may end the SMS messaging conversation or future responses from A-Doorable Garage Door Co. by texting “stop” or “end” to 651-458-3488

A-Doorable Garage Door will only reply to CUSTOMER SMS messages for Conversational and Informational purposes.

EXAMPLE 1

CUSTOMER:

"Can you help me with my Garage Door?"

A-Doorable Garage Door – 651-458-3488:

"Yes, we will call you on your phone."

EXAMPLE 2

CUSTOMER:

"Can you provide an estimate for a new Garage Door?"

A-Doorable Garage Door – 651-458-3488:

"Yes, we will call you on your phone."

EXAMPLE 1

CUSTOMER:

"Please text me before you arrive at my house?"

A-Doorable Garage Door – 651-458-3488:

"This is Shawn, with A-Doorable Garage Door, I am about X minutes from your house."

A-Doorable Garage Door Co. does not use Automatic Telephone Dialing Systems to make telephone calls or send SMS messaging. The A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging from A-Doorable Garage Door Co. will not include promotional or marketing SMS messages.

Any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) obtained through the SMS messaging conversation initiated by the CUSTOMER will not be shared or sold to third parties, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
